CATERING POLICIES

MENU PRICING & MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS

Menu pricing incudes compostable dining ware, cutlery, napkins & cups. House linen is also included in the menu price for tables use to set the catering and beverages. Additional charges apply for service staff, delivery, pick up and any upgrade services requested such as china, silverware, glassware and flowers.


The minimum order for any food and beverage is for 20 guests or must exceed $500.00 per event.


Weekend minimums must meet or exceed $2,500 for a single event order (not including handling fee, taxes and labor). Additional labor rates will apply based on the kitchen and service needs of the event. Holiday minimums and labor charges are subject to change.


After hours and weekend functions are available with an additional labor charge.


RENTALS

Upgraded services such as china, silverware, glassware, flowers, linens are available at an additional charge and are provided by a 3rd party vendor.


ADDITIONAL FEES

A handling fee of 10% will be added to all events from any GSB Department and held on GSB campus or off Campus. Campus wide events held on GSB campus or outside GSB campus will incur a handling fee of 22%.

  • The following charge codes are necessary for payment processing:
    • Minimum Order - 20 Guests or $500 consumption in food and beverage
    • Weekend Minimum - $2,500 per event/per order in food and beverage consumption only
    • GSB event on or off Campus - 10% Handling fee
    • Non-GSB event on or off Campus - 22% Handling fee

    EQUIPMENT

    Banquet equipment for buffet and beverage station are at Bon Appetit management discretion. Requests for additional beverage or buffet stations are subject to additional equipment charges.


    CONFIRMATION PROCESS & CANCELLATIONS

    Event confirmation must be provided no less than 5 business days prior to the date of the event. Changes to menu selections within 5 business days of the event date will be subject to seasonal availability and at the discretion of our Executive Chef. Guaranteed headcount must be finalized 5 business days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are subject to fees up to 50% of the initial total estimated food and beverage charges. Outside vendor services i.e. rental items, linen, china or labor, are all guaranteed 10 business days out. Cancellations after the 5-business day deadline are subject to 100% of the initial total estimated cost.


    Due to supply chain issues with our vendors, any request for service without a minimum of 5-day notice, will be subject to a 10% Expedited Service charge.
